The good life is a process, not a state of being. It is a direction, not a destination.

Individual Therapy

Having someone to bounce ideas off of when you're going through a challenging patch of life or even when things are going well is a healthy way to process one's emotions, thoughts, and followup actions. We can work together to build a strong set of tools to deal with whatever size lemons life throws at you. It can help maintain the positives and create a better understanding of the more confusing parts of your life story.

Couple's Therapy

Whether in the beginning stages of a relationship or a well-seasoned one, couples therapy can help couple's improve their communication, interaction, and unspoken feelings. Having a space to work through the components of a relationship makes sure that individuals continue feeling valued and loved in the relationship.

I use my training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) that helps couples engage with each other on a core emotional level and create new experiences in their relationship.

Long Distance Relationships

Relationships can be complex on their own, let alone when distance is a huge component of your interaction. It can sometimes feel like the third-wheel that doesn't get addressed. Finding ways to navigate the difficulties that couples face together and individually in the relationship is crucial in strengthening the bond between you two. Let's work on creative ways to keep passion alive and communication open.

Differences of Generations in Culture

Being the first born generation in my family, I have had to balance my cultural expectations at home, while they clashed with the societal norms I grew up with in America. This made finding my individuality, independence, and definition of who I am difficult. I would love to offer the comfortable space for people to explore that divide and enjoy finding themselves while holding on to the familial traditions that matter most to them.
